Pricing questions
- What counts as a visit?
- Every hit Inflight checks for a given property and set of UTM values, whether or not a correction was actually needed — with one exception: if a visitor loads a second page carrying the exact same UTM parameters, that repeat is served from cache and isn't billed again. A different UTM value on the same visit, or the same value after the cache window expires (6 hours by default), is checked and billed as usual. In practice, your number of visits carrying UTM parameters is a close approximation of your billable volume.
- What happens if I go over my plan's included visits?
- Nothing breaks and correction never stops. Visits beyond your plan's included volume are billed at €20 per extra 200,000 visits (rounded up), charged on your following invoice — the same rate on every paid plan, and there's no hard ceiling.
- What happens if I add or remove properties mid-month?
- Your subscription updates immediately and you're charged, or credited, a prorated amount right away for the days remaining in your billing period.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel any time from your billing portal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Are prices shown with or without VAT?
- Without. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout or later from the billing portal — where reverse charge applies, it's applied automatically and your VAT number appears on the invoice.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- EUR only. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it automatically at checkout.
